I'm Janelle and I have been teaching in the Early Childhood sector since 2019 with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Teaching has been and will continue to be an enriching experience as I have the opportunity to work with children and fellow teachers from all walks of life. I enjoy the company of my students and view being privy to their inner thoughts and feelings as a privilege and honour.
As an educator, I truly believe that play is the world of a child, where they get the chance to grow holistically and attain life skills and knowledge. It is also my foremost responsibility to provide the children with a warm and nurturing environment where they get to enjoy meaningful hands-on activities that encourage them to explore and construct meaning of the world around them at their own pace.
